Hi! I'm Kay!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for visiting my membership community website! Here's my bio so you can get to know me better!
Kay Hoppe MSN, RN, CNS, CCRN, PCCN has been a Critical Care Nurse, CNS, and Educational Consultant for over 40 years. She has spoken extensively throughout the nation on critical care nursing topics and is well-known for her CCRN Review course. Nurses consistently comment on how Kay makes difficult concepts easy to understand. Her CCRN Review Podcast has over a half million downloads.
Kay received her BSN from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her MSN from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a staff nurse and CNS, she worked in several critical care settings including: ICU, CCU, Burn Trauma, Neuro Trauma, and Cardiothoracic Surgery. Kay has been teaching in the university setting for the past four years.
When she is not teaching, Kay loves to spend time with her daughters, Jenna and Olivia, as well as her dogs Milo and Roxy. She also loves spending time outside in her flower gardens.
